Look for updates and any new items of interest on the front page, and your comments are welcome on the vidioview.com blog page. For some reason unbeknown to me, I'm still doing the Twitter thing occasionally, I'm here for you at vidioview@gmail.com , and I shall leave you at this point Elizabeth.

We may not have Jason Adonis in the biz anymore, but, on the bright side, there's Mark Dalton. Thanks to David Forest, we have a nekked pic of the muscle guy from his first photo shoot in three years, which was for Unzipped back in '06. I think he's looking pretty damned good (you'll notice several new tattoos...whadya think?), and sounding pretty much the same as he did when I last spoke to him before his most recent unfortunate incarceration. You can see (and read) for yourself with a hot-off-the-press interview at my colleague Vincent Lambert's site, and see "in person" if you're going to be in the Big Apple on July 24th. Dalton will be appearing at Splash on that date, and, the following night, at Bonham Exchange in San Antonio for his first Texas date in over 3 years. He is also booked for Indianapolis and Washington DC in mid-August. Say what you will if you must, but audiences just love him, and he's got that charisma thing going for him. His website is up and running, and I assume there'll be some new content shortly.

Theatre queens and porn afficionados alike will no doubt be flocking to off-Broadway late this summer to see David Bertolino's new play. "The Deep Throat Sex Scandal" should pack 'em in at the HA! Theatre on W.46th St, especially since it's being directed by the legendary Jerry Douglas (seen here with Danny Roddick). "Finally," says the press release, "the true story will be revealed." The little movie done by a hairdresser from the Bronx in 1972 grossed over $600M, and revolutionized the film/sex industry. The movie, which starred Linda Lovelace and Harry Reems, precipitated raids, arrests, and the outright banning of the film, and the play goes behind the scenes into "the secret world of adult filmmaking." It also made a
"star" out of attorney Allen Dershowitz. This is Bertolino's first foray into the New York theatre scene, and Jerry Douglas...well, what can you say about this guy, who has won more GAYVN trophies than anyone else in the gay adult industry.

Watching good porn just got a bit cheaper, as Raging Stallion is reducing the prices on their fetish-themed movies. And it's not just the new stuff, but their catalog stuff as well. They're dropping the suggested retail price by thirty bucks, with the first of these to be "All Hands On Deck," directed by Tony Dimarco and Chris Ward, and starring Matthieu Paris, Andrew Barclay, Antonio Biaggi and newbie Kain Warn (left). Who is Kain? Why is he so gorgeous, and why doens't he want me? Raging Stallion says, "He was a real sweetie." I'll just bet. Another unsolicited comment was, "He is an amazing and awesome guy." Ward acknowledges that more studios than ever are now producing fetish product, and they want to become "aggressively competitive" in terms of quality and pricing. The studio is also doubling its fetish production to ten this year. All of this is just fine with the viewers, I'm sure.

Oh great. Yet another site with a gorgeous young man that I just had to put on my "favorites" list. It's the new one for Johan Volny, the Czech guy who has started up his own member/VOD site in partnership with Staxus Sales. The 24-year old lovely will be showing clips and scenes from almost all of the Staxus stuff, including himself and a plethora of other cuties. Johan will also be adding new clips produced especially for the site, produced and edited by the young man. Johan has done over 50 movies for the Staxus studios, and he has lots of loyal fans, including moi. So this new site should keep him buys as he continues to organize the StaxusOnTour Live shows in which he also occasionally appears.
To go along with their new affiliation with Corbin Fisher, Bel Ami has revamped their site and online store. Most notable change is the removal of DRM encoding, which, those who know about these things tell me, is a good thing. Bel Ami is now "the next-generation gay porn website," having been on of the first studios to go on the internet back in '99. You can check it out with a "redesigned feature-packed tour," offering samples of photo sets, current and classic films and original short documentaries. Look for a new BelamiNews feature that George Duroy will use to communicate directly with customers and fans.

Michael Lucas wanted us to know that he had cast Tristan Matthews for a movie shoot. He now wants everyone to know that Tristan was a no-show. Tristan, according to Lucas Entertainment, had confirmed his appearance with them and with mr Pam. Tristan was not answering his phone. Noting that Tristan is not the first performer to pull a stunt like this, the studio is "strongly recommending" everyone in the industry to share information "about models who flake." No-shows can cause business problems for all concerned, including the co-performers, the crew...production dates may have to be rescheduled. In this case, Arpad Miklos filled in. Lucas says they will never hire a model who creates "problems" for other companies, and will take that into consideration when hiring. Earlier, there were some who weren't too pleased with Lucas' policy of having models buy their own airfare and the reimburse them. The studio claims it has helped to avoid model no-
shows and losing money over wasted flights. Lucas is recommending this to other companies. Let's see who steps up to the plate.
Not for the faint of heart is "Shock Treatment," TitanMen's first release from their new "Rough" line. Rough it is, and co-director and Titan performing-exclusive Tony Buff gives a look at the BDSM world through his twisted eyes, some might say (yes, I'm one of them). Co-directed by Paul Wilde (something this intense would probably call for at least two directors), the studio wants you to be aware that it is portraying realistic and authentic BDSM and fetish sex with, not actors, but "experienced BDSM players doing what they love to do." Hell, they'd have to. Superbly filmed and photographed, "Shock Treatment" is on sale at the Titan site now.

For those of you who don't navigate to the Lucas Blog page, you are missing out on his "unveiling" of the gorgeous guys he filmed in Israel Here is the latest, Matan Shalev (yes, I may have run an earlier pic of Matan, but this one more clearly shows off his...er, assets). Michael says of Matan, "He has a militant sculpted body that he can be bent into any position." I can't wait.
Jet Set has put together a comp for the fans of Sebastian Young. The bad-boy is featured in the new "Sebastian Young: The Collector's Edition" just released by the studio, which includes all of his scenes, including those with his big dick and hot ass (would have been difficult to include scenes without those two ingredients...). Yes, there are other popular young studs, like Brad Star in "Cock Tease," and Trevor Knight, Johnny Donovan, Jason Crew, Jesse Santan and Brandt Moore. A fine collection, indeed, on the Jet Set site now.
Bijou Video continues to release the classics, in the true sense of the word, from the years from when we were just children. I wish. This month, the Bijou website is featuring films with summer themes, like sex on the beach, sex in cabins, sex by the pool...you get the drift. The latest release is a reissue of the Thunderbolt movie "Behind The Greek Door," with one of the truly great box covers that should be prominently displayed on your coffee table. The movie features young and hairy Clay Russell and Shawn Everette as pledge brothers initiated into a fraternity and the fun that ensues. There is a delightful orgy scene with Shawn doing oral servicing and then hitting the Crisco can. Great fun in this 1976 gem from director Nickolas Nichodel, and it's on the Bijou site now.
